At Microplast Coldeplast, we are always looking for continuous improvement through updates on packaging trends, flexography, sustainability, and cutting-edge technologies. Recently, we participated in two major industry events.
The first was Drupa, the world’s leading trade fair for printing technologies, held in Düsseldorf, Germany, from May 28 to June 7.
At Drupa 2024, the entire business value chain was represented: pre-press and printing, pre-media and multichannel, post-press and packaging, technological and software innovations. Topics and megatrends addressed included: sustainability, circular economy, recycling, digitalization, artificial intelligence, and more.
The second event was IAPRI 2024, the World Packaging Conference, held in Valencia, Spain, from June 17 to June 21. IAPRI featured 173 presentations from experts at companies and research centers from 32 countries, with representatives from the entire packaging value chain sharing the latest trends in materials, sustainability, design, technologies, and machinery.
Participating in these two fairs provided us with valuable insights for our business, processes, and the development of flexible packaging for our clients.
